早稲田大学政治経済学部政治学科卒。19歳のとき、学生起業そしてDJ & Producerとしての活動も開始。
そこから会社員として、ベクトル、TWOSTONE&Sons、Goodpatchでクライアント支援と新規事業開発・事業グロース、組織・体制作りを経験した。
2019年に独立し、Start-X, Inc.を創業。以来、複数の企業に顧問・アドバイザーとして入り、事業が動き出す土台やグロースする土台をつくっています。現在は、Blue Marlin Partners, Inc.およびShares, Inc.の事業統括ディレクターとしても活動中。
シドニーで和食・寿司の職人として働いた時間もある。この「手仕事」の経験が、いまの体験設計の感覚につながっている。
Waseda University, Political Science & Economics. Founded a company at nineteen—and started out as a DJ and producer around the same time.
Then, as an employee at Vector, TWOSTONE&Sons, and Goodpatch, I worked on client support, new-business development, growth, and the building of teams and structures.
Went independent in 2019 to found Start-X, Inc., working ever since as an advisor inside companies—building the ground on which a business starts to move, and the ground on which it grows. Currently also serving as Business Operations Director at Blue Marlin Partners, Inc. and Shares, Inc.
There was also time spent in Sydney as a sushi craftsman. That sense of working with the hands still feeds how I design experiences today.
